- Veal tartare Vitello tonnato style, sun-dried tomatoes, rocket, croutons or

- Quiche with caramelised onions, fresh goat's cheese mousse (Veg.)

Main Dish:

- Roast fillet of cod, mashed potato, leeks, Riesling sauce or

- Tian of vegetables (courgette, aubergine, pepper), Parmesan cream with basil (veg.)
